CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES D’UTILISATION

Le présent site Internet www.domainesandricourt.com (le « Site ») est édité par la société CHASSE ET LOISIRS DU DOMAINE DE SANDRICOURT, SASU au capital de 54.700 euros, immatriculée au Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Beauvais sous le numéro B 815 181 847, dont le siège social est situé au 12, rue du Château - 60110 Amblainville, France (ci-après la « Société »).

ARTICLE 1 - OBJET

Les présentes conditions générales d’utilisation (les « CGU ») régissent l’utilisation du Site par tout utilisateur, quel qu’il soit (« l’Utilisateur »).
Elles visent notamment à définir les conditions dans lesquelles l’Utilisateur peut accéder au contenu du Site et naviguer sur le Site.
En naviguant sur le Site, l’Utilisateur reconnaît avoir pris connaissance et accepter pleinement et sans réserve les CGU.
La Société se réserve le droit de modifier à tout moment les CGU. Elles seront alors applicables dès leur mise en ligne. A ce titre, l’Utilisateur est invité à prendre connaissance des CGU régulièrement.

ARTICLE 2 - ACCES AU SITE

Le Site est accessible à tout Utilisateur, sous réserve de disposer d’une connexion au réseau Internet.

Le Site est accessible 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, sauf en cas de force majeure ou de survenance d’un événement hors du contrôle de la Société et sous réserve des éventuelles pannes et interventions de maintenance nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du Site. Les interventions de maintenance pourront être effectuées sans que l’Utilisateur ait été préalablement averti. Les équipements (ordinateurs, téléphones, logiciels, moyens de télécommunication…) permettant l’accès au Site sont à la charge exclusive de l’Utilisateur, de même que les frais de télécommunications induits par leur utilisation.

La Société accorde à l’Utilisateur une licence d’utilisation personnelle du Site, révocable, non transférable, non cessible, non-exclusive et gratuite.

ARTICLE 3 - FORMULAIRE DE CONTACT

Pour entrer en contact avec la Société et effectuer une demande de réservation, le Site met notamment à disposition de l’Utilisateur un formulaire de contact en ligne. En remplissant ce formulaire de contact, l’Utilisateur s’engage à fournir des informations vraies, exactes et complètes comme demandées dans ledit formulaire. 

L’Utilisateur fournira notamment ses nom et prénom, son adresse postale, son adresse e-mail et son numéro de téléphone, ainsi que la formule de réservation choisie et les dates souhaitées. Ces données personnelles seront traitées conformément à la Politique de Confidentialité du Site. 

ARTICLE 4 - DONNEES PERSONNELLES

Les données personnelles collectées sur le Site, directement ou indirectement, feront l'objet d'un traitement informatique. L’Utilisateur est invité à se reporter à l'onglet « Politique de Confidentialité » du Site pour obtenir toutes les informations relatives à ce point.

ARTICLE 5 - PROPRIETE INTELLECTUELLE

La Société est le propriétaire exclusif de tous les droits de propriété intellectuelle ou détient les droits d’usage portant tant sur la structure que sur le contenu du Site, notamment les marques, textes, images, graphismes, logos, icônes, sons, vidéos, logiciels, etc.

Les CGU n’entraînent le transfert d’aucun droit de propriété intellectuelle au profit de l’Utilisateur tant sur la structure que sur le contenu du Site, en ce compris les marques et logos de la Société. Ainsi, l’Utilisateur s’engage à ne pas utiliser les éléments du Site de manière à porter atteinte aux droits de la Société et à ce que cette utilisation ne constitue pas une contrefaçon ou un acte de concurrence déloyale ou parasitaire.

Toute reproduction, représentation, modification, publication, adaptation totale ou partielle des éléments du Site, quel que soit le moyen ou le procédé utilisé, est interdite, sauf autorisation écrite préalable. Toute exploitation non autorisée du Site ou de l’un quelconque de ces éléments qu’il contient sera considérée comme constitutive d’une contrefaçon et poursuivie conformément aux dispositions des articles L.335-2 et suivants du Code de la propriété intellectuelle ou des articles L.713-2 et suivants dudit Code s’agissant des marques enregistrées.

ARTICLE 6 - RESPONSABILITE

La Société s’engage à veiller au bon fonctionnement du Site. Cependant sa responsabilité ne saurait être engagée pour tous les inconvénients ou dommages inhérents à l'utilisation du réseau Internet, notamment une rupture de service, une intrusion extérieure ou la présence de virus informatiques.

L’Utilisateur déclare accepter les caractéristiques et les limites de l’Internet, et en particulier reconnaître :

  • que son utilisation du Site se fait à ses risques et périls, le Site étant accessible en l’état et en fonction de sa disponibilité ;

  • qu’il est seul responsable pour tout dommage subi par son ordinateur consécutif à la consultation du Site ;

  • qu’il lui appartient de prendre toutes les mesures appropriées de façon à protéger ses propres données et/ou logiciels de la contamination par des éventuels virus circulant à travers le Site ;

  • qu’il est seul responsable de l’utilisation qu’il fait des informations présentes sur le Site et, en conséquence, la Société ne saurait être tenue responsable de dommages directs ou indirects découlant de l’utilisation de ces informations ;

  • qu’il est seul responsable de l’utilisation du contenu des sites ayant un lien hypertexte avec le Site, la Société déclinant toute responsabilité quant à ces contenus ;

  • qu’il a connaissance de la nature de l’Internet, en particulier de ses performances techniques et des temps de réponse pour consulter le Site ou transférer des informations ;

  • qu’il lui appartient de prendre toutes mesures nécessaires pour s’assurer que les caractéristiques techniques de son équipement lui permettent la consultation du contenu du Site.

ARTICLE 7 - DISPOSITIONS DIVERSES

Si l’une quelconque des dispositions des CGU était déclarée nulle ou inapplicable en application d’une loi, d’un règlement ou à la suite d’une décision de justice devenue définitive, elle serait réputée non écrite et les autres dispositions resteraient en vigueur.

Les relations contractuelles entre la Société et l’Utilisateur sont régies par les seules dispositions des CGU. 

ARTICLE 8 - LITIGES

Les présentes CGU sont soumises au droit français. Tout litige résultant de la formation, de l’interprétation ou de l’exécution des présentes CGU sera soumis aux tribunaux français compétents du ressort de la Cour d’appel d’Amiens, sans préjudice des dispositions impératives du Code de procédure civile.

Politique de confidentialité

The publisher of the website www.domainesandricourt.com (hereafter designated as the « Site ») is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information while using the Site.

The publisher undertakes to process said personal data in compliance with applicable regulations such as the French law of June 20, 2018 relating to computers, files and freedoms and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  1. Definitions 

Personal Data: Any information relating to a natural person likely to be identified, directly or indirectly.

Processing of Personal Data: Any operation or set of operations performed upon Personal Data or sets of Personal Data, whatever the process used whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Cookie: A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on the users’ computer or mobile device when they visit the site. It enables the website to remember the users’ actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so the users do not have to keep re-entering them whenever they come back to the site or browse from one page to another.

Personal Data controller is the company CHASSE ET LOISIRS DU DOMAINE DE SANDRICOURT SASU, a ‘société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle’ (one-person limited liability company), with share capital of 54,700 euros, entered in the Trade and Companies Register of Beauvais under the reference number B 815 181 847, whose registered office is located at 12, rue du Château, 60110 Amblainville, France.

  1. Data collection

As part of the activity of the Site, the publisher of the Site (hereafter designated as the “Publisher”) may need to collect the Personal Data transmitted:

- directly by the user: title, name, first name, postal address, country of residence, e-mail,  telephone number, bank details, etc.;

- or indirectly: data relating to the connection (type of connection used, IP address, mobile telephone operator, etc.), navigation (statistics of the pages viewed, activity or inactivity rate, etc.), the use of the functionalities provided by the Site.

  1. Purposes of data collection

Personal Data is collected for:

- the operational requirements of the Site and access to the Site content,

- processing requests and sending quotations,

- improving the information and services provided on the Site,

- the sending of newsletters*

- the production of analysis statistics,

- the fight against fraud,

- the security of the Site.

* The sending of newsletters is subject to the user's express prior consent. However, users who have become customers are informed that the Publisher remains free to send them commercial information by electronic means, such as a newsletter, concerning similar services offered on the Site, without prejudice to the user's right to object at any time in application of current legislation.

  1. Recipient of the data 

Personal Data is primarily intended for use by the Publisher.

They can be transmitted to the service providers (subcontractors) called upon by the Publisher for the provision of the Services within the framework of the aforementioned purposes.

They can also be shared with partners or third parties for advertising targeting, electronic, telephone or postal sales prospecting campaigns, provided that users have explicitly given their prior consent.

In the event of illegal activities, suspicion of illegal activities, for the purposes of investigations or judicial requisitions, Personal data may be transmitted, on request, to judicial or control authorities: police, gendarmerie, judge, tax or social services, etc.

  1. Rights

In accordance with the legislation in force, users have the following rights:

  1. Right to be informed: the users have the right to know if their Personal Data is processed, and in particular what data is collected, where it comes from, why and by whom it is processed. 
  2. Right of access: the users have the right to access the Personal Data collected from them or about them. This includes the right to request and obtain a copy of their Personal Data collected. 
  3. Right to rectification: the users have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or outdated Personal Data. 
  4. Right to be forgotten: the users can request that their Personal Data be erased from our files, in the cases provided for by the legislation and the regulations and subject to the legal obligations of conservation by the Publisher (accounting, taxation, etc.).  
  5. Right to restrict processing: the users may request the limitation of the processing of their Personal Data in the cases provided for by legislation and regulations. 
  6. Right to date portability: the users have the right to obtain their Personal Data in a machine-readable format or, if possible, in the form of direct transfer from one data controller to another. 
  7. Right to withdraw consent: the users have the right to withdraw any consent given for the processing of their Personal Data. 
  8. Right to digital inheritance: the users have the right to define directives (general or specific) relating to the fate of their Personal Data after their death. 
  9. Right to object to processing: the users have the right to object, at any time, for reasons relating to their particular situation, to the processing of their Personal Data having as legal basis the legitimate interest of the Publisher. In particular, the users have the right to object at any time to the use of their Personal Data for commercial prospecting purposes.

To exercise their rights, the users must send their request, accompanied by an identity document, to the Publisher by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by post to the address referred to in point 2 above. 

In the event of a dispute, the users may file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority in charge of compliance with obligations in terms of the protection of Personal Data.

  1. Security

The Publisher takes all necessary measures to ensure the security of the Personal Data it collects. The Personal Data collected is hosted by specialized subcontractors (web hosts, emailing). The servers are subject to restricted access by username and strong password, by an encrypted connection of the ssl / https type. The servers are hosted in data centers of the authorized service provider, highly secure, and administered by said service provider.

  1. Data retention period

To meet its legal obligations or to have the necessary elements to assert its rights, the Publisher will archive the Personal Data under the conditions provided for by the regulations.

The legality of the processing carried out by the Publisher results from:

- the contract concluded with the user for the purposes of providing its services;

- or with the express consent of the user, who can withdraw it at any time;

- or the legitimate interest of the Publisher (commercial interest, justified, balanced and not infringing on the user's privacy);

- or the law.

The retention period of Personal Data varies depending on the purpose of their collection. 

he Personal Data is kept for a period of 5 years from the last user activity on the Site, then archived with restricted access for an additional period for specific reasons authorized by law (payment, guarantee, disputes, etc.). They are then deleted.

  1. Data transfer outside the EU

The Publisher may have to transfer some Personal Data outside the European Union. Transfers of Personal Data outside the European Union will only be made to countries whose level of Personal Data security is recognized by the European Union or by standard contractual provisions.

  1. Information in the event of Personal Data theft

If, despite all the protections implemented by the Publisher and its subcontractors, some of the Personal Data suffered a security breach, the Publisher undertakes to inform users within the legal deadlines in force. This legal information obligation cannot be interpreted as an acknowledgment of liability or negligence on the part of the Publisher or its subcontractors.

The Site and its partners use cookies to store and access Personal Data such as browsing data for the purposes of providing services, customizing content and analyzing Site traffic.

Different types of cookies can be used on the Site, in particular to facilitate the user's browsing on the Site:

Analytical or statistical cookies
