The publisher of the website www.domainesandricourt.com (hereafter designated as the « Site ») is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information while using the Site.

The publisher undertakes to process said personal data in compliance with applicable regulations such as the French law of June 20, 2018 relating to computers, files and freedoms and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  1. Definitions 

Personal Data: Any information relating to a natural person likely to be identified, directly or indirectly.

Processing of Personal Data: Any operation or set of operations performed upon Personal Data or sets of Personal Data, whatever the process used whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Cookie: A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on the users’ computer or mobile device when they visit the site. It enables the website to remember the users’ actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so the users do not have to keep re-entering them whenever they come back to the site or browse from one page to another.

Personal Data controller is the company CHASSE ET LOISIRS DU DOMAINE DE SANDRICOURT SASU, a ‘société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle’ (one-person limited liability company), with share capital of 54,700 euros, entered in the Trade and Companies Register of Beauvais under the reference number B 815 181 847, whose registered office is located at 12, rue du Château, 60110 Amblainville, France.

  1. Data collection

As part of the activity of the Site, the publisher of the Site (hereafter designated as the “Publisher”) may need to collect the Personal Data transmitted:

- directly by the user: title, name, first name, postal address, country of residence, e-mail,  telephone number, bank details, etc.;

- or indirectly: data relating to the connection (type of connection used, IP address, mobile telephone operator, etc.), navigation (statistics of the pages viewed, activity or inactivity rate, etc.), the use of the functionalities provided by the Site.

  1. Purposes of data collection

Personal Data is collected for:

- the operational requirements of the Site and access to the Site content,

- processing requests and sending quotations,

- improving the information and services provided on the Site,

- the sending of newsletters*

- the production of analysis statistics,

- the fight against fraud,

- the security of the Site.

* The sending of newsletters is subject to the user's express prior consent. However, users who have become customers are informed that the Publisher remains free to send them commercial information by electronic means, such as a newsletter, concerning similar services offered on the Site, without prejudice to the user's right to object at any time in application of current legislation.

  1. Recipient of the data 

Personal Data is primarily intended for use by the Publisher.

They can be transmitted to the service providers (subcontractors) called upon by the Publisher for the provision of the Services within the framework of the aforementioned purposes.

They can also be shared with partners or third parties for advertising targeting, electronic, telephone or postal sales prospecting campaigns, provided that users have explicitly given their prior consent.

In the event of illegal activities, suspicion of illegal activities, for the purposes of investigations or judicial requisitions, Personal data may be transmitted, on request, to judicial or control authorities: police, gendarmerie, judge, tax or social services, etc.

  1. Rights

In accordance with the legislation in force, users have the following rights:

  1. Right to be informed: the users have the right to know if their Personal Data is processed, and in particular what data is collected, where it comes from, why and by whom it is processed. 
  2. Right of access: the users have the right to access the Personal Data collected from them or about them. This includes the right to request and obtain a copy of their Personal Data collected. 
  3. Right to rectification: the users have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or outdated Personal Data. 
  4. Right to be forgotten: the users can request that their Personal Data be erased from our files, in the cases provided for by the legislation and the regulations and subject to the legal obligations of conservation by the Publisher (accounting, taxation, etc.).  
  5. Right to restrict processing: the users may request the limitation of the processing of their Personal Data in the cases provided for by legislation and regulations. 
  6. Right to date portability: the users have the right to obtain their Personal Data in a machine-readable format or, if possible, in the form of direct transfer from one data controller to another. 
  7. Right to withdraw consent: the users have the right to withdraw any consent given for the processing of their Personal Data. 
  8. Right to digital inheritance: the users have the right to define directives (general or specific) relating to the fate of their Personal Data after their death. 
  9. Right to object to processing: the users have the right to object, at any time, for reasons relating to their particular situation, to the processing of their Personal Data having as legal basis the legitimate interest of the Publisher. In particular, the users have the right to object at any time to the use of their Personal Data for commercial prospecting purposes.

In the event of a dispute, the users may file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority in charge of compliance with obligations in terms of the protection of Personal Data.

  1. Security

The Publisher takes all necessary measures to ensure the security of the Personal Data it collects. The Personal Data collected is hosted by specialized subcontractors (web hosts, emailing). The servers are subject to restricted access by username and strong password, by an encrypted connection of the ssl / https type. The servers are hosted in data centers of the authorized service provider, highly secure, and administered by said service provider.

  1. Data retention period

To meet its legal obligations or to have the necessary elements to assert its rights, the Publisher will archive the Personal Data under the conditions provided for by the regulations.

The legality of the processing carried out by the Publisher results from:

- the contract concluded with the user for the purposes of providing its services;

- or with the express consent of the user, who can withdraw it at any time;

- or the legitimate interest of the Publisher (commercial interest, justified, balanced and not infringing on the user's privacy);

- or the law.

The retention period of Personal Data varies depending on the purpose of their collection. 

he Personal Data is kept for a period of 5 years from the last user activity on the Site, then archived with restricted access for an additional period for specific reasons authorized by law (payment, guarantee, disputes, etc.). They are then deleted.

  1. Data transfer outside the EU

The Publisher may have to transfer some Personal Data outside the European Union. Transfers of Personal Data outside the European Union will only be made to countries whose level of Personal Data security is recognized by the European Union or by standard contractual provisions.

  1. Information in the event of Personal Data theft

If, despite all the protections implemented by the Publisher and its subcontractors, some of the Personal Data suffered a security breach, the Publisher undertakes to inform users within the legal deadlines in force. This legal information obligation cannot be interpreted as an acknowledgment of liability or negligence on the part of the Publisher or its subcontractors.

The Site and its partners use cookies to store and access Personal Data such as browsing data for the purposes of providing services, customizing content and analyzing Site traffic.
